We’re here to help while you take a break. Our relief management service is available to owners of hotels, guest houses or B&B’s. We are here to cover planned or unplanned time away from your business, you can relax in the knowledge that your business and guests are in safe hands. We offer a fully bespoke service.

Our relief management service is fully bespoke as we tailor every service to your exact requirements and standards. We are very experienced in all aspects of running a business dedicated to hospitality including dealing with customer arrivals & checkouts, suppliers, laundry, maintenance, staffing, channel management & payment systems.

Things often need fixing, we’ll carry out general maintenance or liaise with contractors.

We’re experienced in dealing with staff, including salaries, HMRC, Rotas & helping out.

Banking / Invoices

Ensuring your accounts are kept up to date during your time away is important.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long can provide holiday cover?

We’re happy to discuss any length of time, 16 days is average, that’s to allow you to take a 2 week holiday and extra days for us to get to know the business and handovers (1 day each side). Contact us if you’d like to discuss short or long-term arrangements.

What about the pets?

We’ll consider looking after any pets and livestock. Dog walking is our favourite pastime! If you have any concerns please get in touch.

Where in the country do you cover?

We are based in North Yorkshire, so Whitby or Scarborough is our general area for providing holiday cover. However, we would consider helping our everywhere including abroad. If you have any questions about where we can provide holiday cover for your b&b, Guest House or Hotel please get in touch.

How experienced are you both?

We are a very experienced team, during our careers we’ve run large Beefeaters restaurants, hotels, B&B’s and help to marketing several small and medium sized businesses.

When does holiday cover start?

We start at 2pm on the day before you go on holiday to finialise working procedures and if possible work with you at breakfast, we like to do things your way.

How much does relief management cost?

It depends on the size of the business the average for a 6 bed guest house is £130 – £150 a day. Each business is different so please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
